I can't find the Secret Khaak base in Ore Belt?

The Khaak Base is usually located just north of the North Gate. You need a mineral scanner to find it.
If you have scanned the asteroids previous to this mission or destroyed asteroids then you may have trouble. Try destroying some asteroids and wait for them to respawn.
