Have a look at the version number in the top right corner of the first screen you see when you run the game from the Start menu. This is much more reliable than looking at the Properties screen for the game executable.

When you know which version you have, look on the Downloads page and see what updates are available. If you are not sure what to download check out the Downloads section of the FAQ.
